| Jack "Ti-Jean" Kerouac
may be remembered, if not idolized for his body of work as one of
the founding fathers of the "Beat" generation, but he, like most
genius artists wasn't comfortable with fame. Politically
Conservative, he took pleasure in opposing "Hippie" ideology. Nonetheless, Jack Kerouac's idiosyncratic behavior included a "game of baseball" he conducted with a deck of cards, drinking "wino's" brand wines, and a curious fascination with the Catholic religion. |
