Gil Bellows

is best known for his role on Ally McBeal, but the versatile actor was also featured as Tommy Williams in "The Shawshank Redemption" (sporting short blonde hair), and "Love and a 45", again, playing a tough character. He won a Screen Actors Guild Award in 1998 for his role on Ally McBeal, and he has also been seen on TV's "The Practice", and "Law and Order".
