Rae Dawn Chong

is the daughter of fellow famous Canadian Tommy Chong... You knew that didn't you? We'll bet you didn't know she was originally supposed to play Willis' girlfriend on "Diff'rent Strokes", and lost the part to Janet Jackson because she didn't look "ethnic" enough... Rae Dawn's movie career began with "Quest for Fire", and from then she went on to star in "The Color Purple", and "Commando, which starred Arnold Scwarzennegger. She is also a writer, and up-and-coming director, with two feature films under her belt.
