| is the
Ottawa native who starred as Ed Stevens, on the NBC series Ed TV, a role
that earned him a Golden Globe nomination and the TV Guide Award for
Favorite Actor in a New Series. In addition to his lead role on the show, Ed has appeared in Anya’s Bell with Della Reese, and in feature films such as Car 54, Magic in the Water, and Northern Lights, where he played Diane Keaton’s brother. Tom Cavanaugh has most recently been seen on the hit NBC series Scrubs, where he played Dan Dorian, J.D.'s older brother, and on the TV special Christmas In Rockefeller Center. |
