Python's strange and hilarious animated shorts, who can forget "The
Killer Cars", or the trademark foot... But he is also the
mastermind behind some of the most impressive films to have graced our
cinema screens, from "Jabberwocky", and "Time Bandits"
and the classic "Brazil", to the futuristic paranoia of
"Twelve Monkeys", and drug soaked nightmare of Hunter S.
Thompson's "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas". A little
known fact is that Terry Gilliam actually once teamed up with his hero,
Mad Magazine Creator Harvey Kurtzman as Assistant Editor of
"Help!"; a humor publication Kurtzman had started after he
left Mad, and he also
illustrated the book, "Harvey Kurtzman's Fun and Games". Gilliam truly is The Grand Master of |
