The Tragically Hip |
||
| is Canada's foremost "arena-rock" bands. Their distinctive blend of rock and blues, with a tinge of punk make them the perfect crossover act. The Hip, as they are called by their fans are legendary for their live shows, being compared by a Village Voice reporter to "70's Springsteen". With "Road Apples", "Trouble At The Henhouse", "Phantom Power", "Music at Work" and 5 other albums out, the veteran rockers have more than made their mark, and their sound is as solid as ever. They say their secret to successful songwriting is to function as a band, eliminating the "your song, my song" approach and all the problems it can bring. Their | ![]() |
