Tuuli

is Canada's newest punk pop all-girl band. Their sound is more akin to The Gogo's, the Donnas, or Hole than Avril Lavigne, but their single "It's Over" is definitely climbing the charts at a rapid pace, with its video in regular rotation on Much Music. Tuuli was formed in 1997, and is comprised of guitarist Dawn Mandarino, guitarist/vocalist Jenny MacIsaac, bassist Claire Blake, and drummer Jen Foster. In addition to having singles and videos to support their material, Tuuli have toured the US three times so far. Hard work always pays off.
